18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

This statement is made by the operator of this Website, trading as Zumido:

Age of all persons appearing on this Website

All persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on this Website were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time the depiction was created.

Records we hold

We do not allow content to be published on this Website unless we hold, before publication, a complete record for every person depicted in it. For each such person that record contains:

• a copy of a valid government-issued photo identity document showing the person's legal name and date of birth;
• the result of an identity and liveness verification carried out through our identity-verification provider, confirming that the document belongs to that person;
• a signed consent and release form in which that person consents to the creation of the content, to its publication on this Website, and to the uses set out in that form;
• any name, stage name, alias, nickname or screen name used by that person on this Website;
• the date on which the record was verified and by whom.

Content providers additionally conclude a written Content Creator Agreement with us before they are permitted to publish anything. Content depicting a person for whom we do not hold a complete record is not published; if such content is discovered after publication it is removed and the account is suspended.

Retention and safeguarding

These records are retained for the period required by applicable law and, in any event, for no less than seven years after the content is last published. They are stored in encrypted form, access is restricted to designated compliance staff, and access is logged. Identity documents are never published, never shared with other users, and are disclosed to third parties only where we are legally required to do so or where disclosure is necessary to respond to a competent authority.

Reporting

If you believe that any content on this Website depicts a person under the age of 18, or depicts any person without their consent, report it immediately to safety@zumido.com or through the report control shown on the content. Such content is removed within 24 hours of the report reaching us, the account is suspended, the material and account records are preserved, and the matter is reported to the competent authorities and to the relevant child-protection organisations.

This statement covers all content appearing on this Website, including content submitted by content providers. We are responsible for the content published on this Website, and we maintain the records described above for all of it.
