Terms and Conditions
Last updated: August 20, 2026
1. Who we are
This website (the "Website" or "Platform") is owned and operated by the company identified below, trading as Zumido. References to "we", "us", "our" and "Zumido" in these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") mean that company.
General enquiries: support@zumido.com · Legal: legal@zumido.com · Complaints: complaints@zumido.com · Reports of illegal or non-consensual content: safety@zumido.com. You can also reach us through the contact form on this Website.
By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.
2. Adults only
The Website contains sexually explicit material and is intended solely for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, and at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or to view any content. By entering the Website you confirm that you meet that requirement and that it is lawful for you to view adult material where you are located.
We verify the age and identity of every content provider before they are permitted to publish, and we will ask any user for proof of age where we have reason to doubt it. Accounts that cannot be age-verified are closed.
3. We are responsible for the content on this Website
Zumido is responsible for all content published on this Website. We review content before it is published, we monitor the Website on an ongoing basis, and we act on reports about content that appears here. Nothing in these Terms transfers that responsibility to any other person.
4. Content monitoring and moderation
We monitor all content on the Website. This is an obligation we undertake, not a discretion we reserve.
Content published to profiles, feeds and messages. Every post, image, video and audio file submitted for publication is placed in a moderation queue and is reviewed before it becomes visible to any other user. Review combines:
- automated screening of every uploaded file and every accompanying caption — this includes hash-matching against known illegal-material databases, automated classification of the imagery, and automated text analysis;
- human review by a trained member of our moderation team, who either approves the item for publication or rejects it.
Content that is not approved is never published. Content that is approved remains subject to re-review at any time.
Private messages and chat. All messages sent through the Website — including one-to-one messages, live-stream chat and group chat — pass through automated screening before delivery. Messages matching prohibited categories are blocked and are not delivered. Chat is logged and retained so that our moderation team can review any conversation that is reported or flagged, and moderators can remove messages, mute participants and terminate conversations.
Live streams, cam shows and video calls. Live sessions cannot be reviewed in advance, so they are monitored while they take place. Our moderation team monitors live sessions in real time, live output is sampled by automated classifiers throughout the broadcast, and every session together with its chat log is recorded and retained so that it can be reviewed afterwards. Moderators can enter any session, interrupt it, and terminate the broadcast immediately. Any user can report a live session while it is running, and such reports are placed at the front of the moderation queue.
Who moderates. Moderation is carried out by our own trained trust-and-safety staff, supported by the automated systems described above. Moderators receive training on the identification of child sexual abuse material, non-consensual material, coercion, trafficking indicators and other unlawful content, and on the escalation and reporting procedures that apply when such material is identified.
Escalation. Where content or conduct suggests that a criminal offence has occurred, we preserve the relevant material and account records, report the matter to the competent authorities and to the relevant child-protection organisations, and cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.
5. Prohibited content and conduct
The following are prohibited on the Website without exception. Content in these categories is removed and the accounts involved are closed:
- any depiction of a minor, or of any person who appears to be a minor, in a sexual context, and any material that sexualises a minor in any way;
- any content depicting or promoting human trafficking, sex trafficking, forced labour, servitude, modern slavery, coercion or abuse;
- any content produced or published without the full, informed and documented consent of every person depicted, including material recorded covertly and material shared to harass or humiliate ("revenge" material);
- content depicting real violence, rape, incest, bestiality, necrophilia, or serious self-harm;
- content that infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
- content that discloses another person's personal information without their consent;
- escort, prostitution or any other offer of in-person sexual services;
- the sale or promotion of illegal drugs, weapons, or other unlawful goods and services;
- malware, phishing, spam, fraud, and any attempt to circumvent the Website's payment system, security controls or access controls;
- hate speech, harassment, threats, terrorism and incitement to violence;
- creating multiple accounts to evade a suspension, impersonating another person, or scraping or automatically harvesting content or data from the Website.
6. Human trafficking, sexual exploitation and modern slavery
Use of the Website in any way that promotes or facilitates human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced labour or abuse is strictly prohibited. We operate a documented programme against these practices — identity verification and documented consent for every person who appears on the Website, moderator training on trafficking indicators, a dedicated reporting route at safety@zumido.com, immediate suspension of any account under suspicion, and referral to law enforcement. Our full Anti-Slavery and Anti-Trafficking Policy forms part of these Terms.
7. Content providers: written agreement, consent and proof of age
Nobody may publish content on the Website until we have, on file:
- a Content Creator Agreement concluded in writing with that content provider and accepted electronically, with the version, date, time and originating IP address recorded;
- a completed identity verification (KYC) confirming their identity and that they are at least 18 years old, carried out through our verification provider using a government-issued photo identity document and a liveness check;
- for every additional person appearing in their content, a signed consent and release form together with a copy of that person's government-issued photo identity document, verified by us before any content featuring that person is published.
These records are retained in accordance with our 18 U.S.C. 2257 Compliance Statement and our Privacy Policy. Content featuring a person for whom we do not hold a complete record is not published, and is removed if it is discovered after publication.
8. Your account
You must provide accurate, complete and current information when you register, and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Notify us immediately at support@zumido.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. We offer two-factor authentication and we recommend enabling it.
9. Prices, billing and payment
All prices are shown in euro (EUR, €) and include any applicable taxes. The price shown at the moment of purchase is the price charged. Nothing is charged to your card unless you actively confirm the purchase.
Billing partner. Card payments on this Website are processed by Verotel / CardBilling, our authorised billing partner. Verotel / CardBilling is the entity that appears on your credit-card or bank statement. Cryptocurrency payments are processed by NowPayments. We never see or store your full card number.
What you can buy.
- Credit packs (one-off). A single charge for the amount displayed on the top-up screen, taken once at the moment of purchase. Credit does not expire and does not renew. Promotional bonus credit granted with a pack is not withdrawable and can only be spent on the Website.
- Subscriptions (recurring). A subscription to a creator is a recurring agreement. The first charge is taken when you subscribe. Unless you cancel, the same amount is charged again automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly subscriptions recur every month on the same calendar day, and quarterly, semi-annual and annual subscriptions recur every 3, 6 and 12 months respectively — and it continues to recur until you cancel. The exact amount, the billing period and the date of the next charge are displayed before you confirm the subscription and afterwards at any time under Settings → Subscriptions.
- Pay-per-view unlocks, tips and paid messages (one-off). A single charge of the amount displayed at the moment of purchase. These do not recur.
Trials, introductory and promotional offers. Where a creator offers a free trial, a discounted introductory period or any other promotional price, the length of that period and the price that applies after it ends are displayed on the subscription screen before you confirm. Unless you cancel before the promotional period ends, the subscription continues automatically at the standard price shown, charged on the first billing date after the promotional period ends and at each billing period thereafter. If we do not display a trial or promotional period, none applies and the standard price is charged from the outset.
How to cancel a recurring charge. You can cancel any subscription at any time, with no cancellation fee, under Settings → Subscriptions on this Website — open the subscription and select Cancel. Cancelling stops all future charges immediately. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. You may also cancel by writing to support@zumido.com or through the contact form, and we will action the request and confirm it to you; and you may cancel through Verotel / CardBilling at www.vtsup.com. Full details are in our Billing, Refunds and Cancellation Policy.
Failed payments. If a recurring payment fails we will attempt it again a limited number of times and notify you by email. If it still cannot be collected the subscription is cancelled and no further attempts are made.
10. Refunds
We will refund you in full where you were charged in error, where a charge was made without your authorisation, where a technical fault on our side prevented you from receiving what you paid for, or where content you paid for was removed by us before you were able to access it. Where you have purchased a specific deliverable from a creator and it is not delivered within the stated timeframe, you are entitled to a refund of that purchase.
Because credit, pay-per-view unlocks and tips give immediate access to digital content, they are otherwise final once the content has been accessed. Subscriptions are not refunded pro rata for a period you have already begun, but no further charge is taken once you cancel.
Request a refund at support@zumido.com or through the contact form, quoting the date and amount of the charge. We acknowledge refund requests within 24 hours and decide them within 5 days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Nothing here limits any mandatory statutory right you have under the consumer-protection law of your country of residence. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we can almost always resolve it faster.
11. Complaints
If illegal or unconsented content is reported, it will be removed within 24 hours.
All other complaints are dealt with in a fair and consistent manner, with the aim of resolving them to the complainant's satisfaction whenever possible within 5 days.
How to make a complaint. Anyone — a user, a creator, a model or other person appearing in content, or a person who is not registered on the Website at all — may complain by any of the following routes:
- Illegal or non-consensual content, or content depicting a minor: email safety@zumido.com. This route is monitored continuously and is subject to the 24-hour removal commitment above.
- Any other complaint: email complaints@zumido.com, or use the contact form and select "Complaint".
- In-app reporting: use the report control on any post, profile, message or live stream.
- By post: write to the company address given in section 1 above.
Please include your username if you have one, a description of the issue, links or screenshots where possible, and the outcome you are seeking. We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours, tell you the outcome in writing, and offer an appeal to a different member of staff if you are not satisfied. The full procedure is set out in our Complaints Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
12. Reporting content
Content reported as illegal or as published without the consent of a person depicted is removed from public view within 24 hours of the report reaching us, and is investigated after removal rather than before it. Where a report concerns material depicting a minor, the content is removed immediately, the account is suspended, and the matter is reported to the competent authorities and to the relevant child-protection organisations. Copyright complaints are handled under our DMCA / Copyright Policy.
13. Links to third-party websites
The Website may contain links to websites operated by other people — for example in a creator's profile, in a post, or in an advertisement. Those websites are not under our control. We do not endorse them, we do not review their content, and we are not responsible for their content, their products, their privacy practices or their security. Following such a link is at your own risk and the terms and privacy policy of the destination website will apply to you there, not ours. We check outbound links as part of moderation and we remove any link that leads to unlawful material, malware or fraud; if you find such a link on the Website, please report it to safety@zumido.com. We do not permit links whose purpose is to move a transaction off the Website in order to avoid our payment system, our age verification or our moderation.
14. Intellectual property
Content providers keep ownership of the content they create. By submitting content for publication they grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical purposes (such as thumbnails and transcoding) and display that content on the Website. That licence ends when the content or the account is deleted, except for copies we must keep to meet a legal or regulatory obligation. You may not copy, record, screenshot, redistribute, resell or publish anywhere else any content you access through the Website.
15. Suspension and closure of accounts
We will suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms. Where the breach is serious — in particular anything involving a minor, non-consensual material, trafficking or fraud — suspension is immediate and without notice. In other cases we will normally tell you what the problem is and give you an opportunity to put it right first. You may close your own account at any time in your account settings; where you have a balance, it is paid out in accordance with the Content Creator Agreement, subject to any legal hold or ongoing investigation.
16. Availability
We work to keep the Website available and secure, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend access for maintenance or for security reasons.
17. Warranties, liability and indemnity
Except as expressly stated in these Terms and save for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, the Website is provided without further warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by the law of Switzerland, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in this section limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing in it limits the mandatory consumer rights available to you in your country of residence.
If you breach these Terms, break the law, or infringe someone else's rights, you agree to indemnify us against the claims, damages and reasonable costs that result from that breach. This is an allocation of loss between you and us; it does not affect our responsibility to the public for the content on the Website as stated in section 3.
18. Privacy and data protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or on the Website at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not accept the change you may close your account before it takes effect. Changes never apply retroactively to a charge you have already been billed.
20. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of them, are governed by the laws of Switzerland, where the company identified in section 1 is registered and established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Schwyz, Switzerland. This does not deprive a consumer of the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence, and it does not prevent us from seeking relief in any other competent court where necessary to protect a person at risk.
21. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remainder continues in force. These Terms, together with the policies they refer to, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Website.
22. Contact and billing support
For anything relating to the Website, your account or a complaint, contact us at support@zumido.com, through the contact form, or by post at the address in section 1.
For any questions regarding credit card or bank statements, transactions, fraud, unrecognized charges, etc., please contact our billing partner Verotel / CardBilling:
