Use of this website in any way that promotes or facilitates human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced labour, servitude, modern slavery or abuse is strictly prohibited. Any account involved in such use is closed immediately, the material and the account records are preserved, and the matter is reported to law enforcement. This declaration forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

Our Commitment

We are committed to combating modern slavery, human trafficking, and all forms of exploitation. We have zero tolerance for any such practices within our business operations and supply chain. This statement is made in accordance with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 (Section 54), the Swiss Code of Obligations, and reflects our broader commitment to human rights and ethical business conduct.

Our Business

Zumido operates a content-sharing platform connecting content creators with their audience. We are headquartered in Switzerland and serve users internationally. Our operations involve technology infrastructure, payment processing partnerships, and third-party service providers.

Risk Assessment

Given the nature of our platform — which involves adult content — we recognise that our industry carries heightened risks related to exploitation and trafficking. We have identified the following key risk areas:

• Content creation: Risk that individuals may be coerced or trafficked into creating content
• Platform usage: Risk that the platform may be used to facilitate exploitation
• Supply chain: Risk within our third-party service providers and partners

Our Policies and Procedures

To mitigate these risks, we have implemented the following measures:

Identity Verification (KYC):

• All Creators must complete rigorous identity verification before posting content or receiving payments
• Government-issued photo ID and live selfie verification are required
• Verification is conducted through our trusted third-party provider (Didit)

Content Moderation:

• All content is subject to our Community Guidelines
• We use a combination of automated detection systems and human moderation
• Content depicting or suggesting coercion, exploitation, or trafficking is prohibited and immediately removed
• We maintain a dedicated trust and safety function

Reporting Mechanisms:

• Users can report suspected exploitation through the in-platform report system or by emailing safety@zumido.com
• All reports are treated as high priority and investigated within 24 hours
• We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations

Supply Chain Due Diligence:

• We conduct due diligence on all third-party service providers
• Our contracts require suppliers to comply with applicable anti-slavery and anti-trafficking laws
• We periodically review our supply chain for compliance

Training

Our moderation and support staff receive regular training on identifying signs of trafficking, coercion, and exploitation. This includes recognising red flags in content and user behaviour, reporting procedures, and understanding relevant legal frameworks.

Cooperation with Authorities

We work proactively with law enforcement agencies, NGOs, and industry groups to combat trafficking and exploitation. We report suspected criminal activity to the relevant authorities, including NCMEC for child exploitation concerns.

Monitoring and Review

This statement is reviewed annually by the management of Zumido. We continuously monitor and improve our anti-slavery and anti-trafficking measures as risks evolve and best practices develop.
